What is production time?
All pieces are created in a limited stock capacity, this means there are only a few of each size in stock. However, all pieces are also made to order, this means if the piece is out of stock you can place an order and that item will be hand sewn for you. The production time is approximately 2 weeks from payment is received.
What is the delivery timeline?
We do ensure to deliver your packages in a timely fashion . If the item is in stock, orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days. The estimated shipping date will be provided through our shipping couriers. If the item is made to order, it will be shipped within 1 business day of being received from the seamstresses.
The above delivery timeline does not include weekends, public holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.If you are based in Kingston Jamaica, you can collect your order from a central Kingston address that will be provided.
Does Moonshine Darling ship internationally?
Moonshine Darling does ship internationally to over 50 countries. You should see delivery options when you’re in checkout.Please keep in mind that for international countries, customers may be required for clearing/paying duties to clear the product in their own countries.
Please note, Moonshine Darling does not have any control over duty or customs fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

At the moment we accept PayPal, Bank Transfers and Cash on Delivery
Can I order a custom piece?
We do not generally produce custom pieces. However, please contact us via COMPANY EMAIL with your inquiry as it may be possible.
How do I find my order number?
Based on the information provided, an email confirmation will be issued to you once the order is completed. Be sure to check all inboxes as it is possible it may have landed in the junk/spam folder.You can also log into your account to see your current order as well.
If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once the order has been shipped we are unable to change the delivery address
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns - all of our pieces are made to order.
Can I update or cancel my order?
You can cancel or update your order if your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at COMPANY EMAIL with your order number, name and the changes required.
Please note for any custom pieces, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or update the order.
How can I track my order?
We will send a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information so you can effortlessly track your package.
What do I do if item is defective or I receive the wrong order?
If you would like to issue a claim for a defect, please email us at COMPANY EMAIL within 24 hours of receiving your order. Submit the order number, the item name, a description of the issue and a photograph of the issue.
Your replacement will be authorized within 48 hours. Moonshine Darling is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do not refund shipping charges on return items.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Discreet packaging is not offered at this time so please make sure to only ship to a location you are comfortable with receiving the parcel.
Do you offer gift cards?
Moonshine Darling Jamaica does not offer gift cards at this time.
